Vehicle Parking

UNCOVERED PARKING

This is probably our most budget-friendly option. We’ll assign your vehicle a parking space in our secure, uncovered lot. Open parking is perfect for short-term vehicle storage. Be aware that your vehicle will be subject to rain, wind and direct sunlight, so make sure to invest in a cover if you plan on leaving your vehicle parked long term.

COVERED PARKING

This is a good budget option for long-term vehicle storage. This parking space has a roof that will shield your vehicle from sun and hail damage. However, be aware it is still vulnerable to things like wind and dust.

ENCLOSED PARKING

This is the best option for expensive cars, boats and motorcycles and offers the best protection against the elements and is the most secure of all of our parking options. Our enclosed parking space typically offer ceiling heights of 15’-20’, and spaces range from 10’x20’ to 15’x40’.

VEHICLE PARKING TIPS

- Make sure your vehicle runs. Vehicles parked on trailers are fine.
- Long -term parking, make sure the tires are fully inflated to prevent flat spots from forming.
- Purchase cover to protect from weather conditions.

BOAT PARKING TIPS

- Clean your boat and trailer before putting them in storage, especially if you’re storing your boat for several months or longer.
- Drain all the water from your boat before storing.
- Store Electronics and Removable Materials.
- Cover and inspect your Boat before storing.
- Follow any manufacturers recommendations for long-term storage of your trailer.
